01
Setup & connections
One setup call. We install a small connector on your WordPress site, agree on your topics, languages and publishing hours, and run the first article while you watch. After that, the queue takes over.
Your WordPress site — the Content Publisher plugin
- The connection is always started on your side: nothing leaves your site until a site administrator presses “Connect to WordsPost”.
- Your site then issues WordsPost a named access key of its own. We store it encrypted and use it for one thing only: publishing articles and their images to that same site.
- Withdraw access at any moment, from either side: Revoke in Settings → Content Publisher on your site, or Disconnect in the WordsPost panel. The key and the site details are deleted together with the connection.
What your site shares when it connects
- Site address & title
- So we know where to publish
- Plugin version
- For compatibility
- Installation ID
- A permanent identifier, so one connected site can be told from another
Your social accounts
- Supported outlets: Telegram channel, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Threads, Bluesky.
- You connect each one yourself — through the platform’s own login dialog, or with a token issued to you. We never publish anywhere you haven’t connected.
- For Meta accounts we can read only: the account’s name, username and picture; the posts we publish; and basic engagement on them (likes, comments, shares, reach) for your reports.
- We never access your personal profile, friends list, private messages or anything about your followers.

02
Site scan
Before it writes anything, WordsPost reads what’s already on your site.
- It regularly scans your site and records every article already published there — including the ones you wrote yourself.
- Your dashboard shows when the last scan ran, how many articles were found on the site and how many of them are new.
- This list is what stops it from ever covering a topic you already have.

03
Topics & the queue
It never writes the same thing twice, and it never runs out of ideas.
WordsPost does
- Studies your site and niche, and what people search for
- Proposes topics your site hasn’t covered yet
- Checks every candidate against every title already published and every topic still waiting
- Refills the queue automatically when it drops below a set level
You control
- Topics and categories for your site
- Priorities — what gets written first
- Adding your own topics in the panel or by message: they jump to the front of the queue
- Approving, skipping, or asking for a different angle

Writing
SEO isn’t a separate service — it’s how every article is built. Search engines rank pages like these higher, and the whole site rises with them.
What every article includes
- Length
- Full, in-depth articles — the topic is covered, not just mentioned. You set the word count.
- Voice
- The voice and category you set for your site
- Structure
- Table of contents, headings and subheadings, tables — easier to read, and search engines pull answers out of them for featured snippets
- Internal links
- Links to your earlier articles on related topics — readers stay longer, and page weight stays inside your site
- Sources
- Figures and claims come with links to the original sources
- Meta tags
- Title, description and search markup filled in automatically — through Rank Math or Yoast, the plugins already on your site
Honest note
Text and images are produced with the help of third-party AI models; the AI level depends on your package. AI can make mistakes — invent a fact, misstate a number, misattribute a quote — and articles are not checked by a human unless you choose to. That’s why the panel has a review step. For medicine, law or finance, a qualified person should review every article before it goes live.

05
Images
Every article is illustrated before it lands. Nobody goes hunting through stock libraries.
- A cover image and in-article images chosen to match the subject
- Captions and alt text on every image — visible to readers and to image search alike
- Uploaded straight to your WordPress media library
- How images are sourced depends on your package

06
Translations
One article, as many languages as you need — properly linked.
- Not swapped word by word — each version is rewritten for its language, then tied to the original.
- Published as a real translation group, so the language switcher on your site works as it should.
- All languages are included in every package, with no extra charge per language.

07
Publishing
Goes live inside your window, on your clock — and never skips.
How publishing is scheduled
- Publishing window
- You set the hours when posts may appear
- Publishing minute
- Each article lands at an unpredictable minute inside the window — the way a person would post
- Time zone
- Every site runs on its own clock: a site in Kyiv and a site in Chicago each get their own night. Nothing shifts by an hour when the clocks change.
- Frequency
- How often to publish is up to you, within the minimum interval of your package
- Where
- Straight into WordPress, in every language
If your site doesn’t answer
WordsPost retries, and tells you honestly what happened. You’ll never find out from an empty blog.

Social announcements
The moment an article goes live, the announcement follows by itself. Nothing to copy over, nothing to remember on a Friday evening.
- Each announcement: the cover image, a short lead, and the link to the article.
- A real picture, not a link card. The cover is uploaded to each network as an image, because that’s what they show to more people.
- Hashtags follow each network’s own rules, instead of one list copied everywhere.
- Each channel speaks one language. You pair them once — Ukrainian to this page, English to that one — and every version goes where it belongs.
- Basic engagement (likes, comments, shares, reach) is read back so you can see how each announcement performed.
- How many outlets can receive announcements depends on your package.

Socials without a website
A separate mode for businesses that live on social media: your page stays alive every day, even with no blog at all.
From RSS feeds
- Industry media, competitors, your own sources — you pick the feeds
- WordsPost watches them and picks what’s worth attention
- Turns it into a short post with an image and a link to the source
From Google Trends
- Sees which topics in your niche are gaining momentum today
- Writes about them first — while interest is at its peak, not a week later
How many posts a day, and at which hours, is up to you. From then on the page updates itself — no reminders, no days off.

For the thorough
Frequently asked questions
Will it ever write about the same topic twice?
No. Every candidate topic is checked against every title already on your site — including ones you wrote yourself — and against every topic waiting in the queue.
What if my site is down when an article is due?
WordsPost retries, and reports honestly what happened in the panel and in your chat.
Which AI writes the articles?
Text and images are produced with the help of third-party AI models. Which level of AI you get depends on your package.
Can I check articles before they go live?
Yes. Turn on the review step: articles wait for your decision, and you approve, skip or ask for a new angle — in the panel or right from the chat.
Who owns the content?
You do. Everything WordsPost produces for you is yours, including after the service ends.
My site isn’t on WordPress. Can I still use it?
Articles are published through our WordPress plugin. If your site runs on something else, write to us. And if you only need social media, the social-only mode doesn’t need a website at all.
What happens when my package runs out?
Publishing pauses until you top up — nothing is lost, and it picks up where it left off.
Does it post anything else on my social accounts?
No. It only publishes the announcements your own setup generates — nothing else, ever.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Disconnect your site and accounts and stop topping up. Everything already published stays on your site and pages.
